Sigh, 不知不觉我在这公司已经呆了7个月了。不知是不是好事，我虽然不讨厌来上班，但我对公司的某些政策非常不满。Also I think that the company doesn't appreciate people for the efforts and amounts of work & time they've put in. 我相信公司需要赏罚分明，但我的公司却只看得到大家的缺点，而优点却常常被忽视。再这样下去，我一定会离开。I mean, I'm practically being scolded every week at BD meeting. What point is there to hold on. If you dun appreciate your stuff, that simply implies that you dun need them around. Thus why should your employee continue to slog for you.

Gerlin is coming back and hence, I assume that things will soon change. She's bound to leave within six months and afterwhich I totally see no point in staying in this company even though there's still SzeHui around.
