Even in such a small place, there're bound to be conflicts...

Big organisation, more people, more conflicts.

Small organisation? Same thing. Bound to have people who dun like someone.

Unfortunately I'm that someone.

Though I said I dun care, I still feel a bit upset.

Seriously, I've not done anything that I feel that I should be penalised for. Unfortunately, it could be my character or personality.
