It's all about people management and obviously I'm not good at it. I've never been good with having subordinates because of the fact that I don't like to command people. All my life, I yearn to be well-liked by everyone, hence I know that to boss people around, I would become unwelcome and unpopular. However, more often than not, I'm always in the leader position. Thus I fail at it.
