Went to Sakae Teppanyaki at Bugis last night for dinner.Nice experience.

The salad before the real food. Tad sour though.

Frying the garlic fried rice.

Frying the shrimps as condiments Splendid looking bowls of frangance The real thing - my beef Ate these while waiting The cousins Medium rare beef cubes Chicken and tofu with squid and garlic Real tasty and chewy Chawanmushi in an onion bowl! Sugoii~ Another must-try dish is the Teppanyaki Seafood Chawanmushi. Inspired by the success of our all-time favourite Chawanmushi, this is another innovative dish which uses an onion as a bowl. The tea bowl-shaped onion is filled with an egg mixture and other ingredients like shitake mushroom, kamaboko and crabstick. It is then left to steam on the griddle, allowing the naturally distinctive flavour of the onion to seep through. Definitely a classic Japanese dish with a twist!

Bamboo clams. My first encounter with the creature and scallop Watch that smoke Pleasing to both the eyes and stomach All sorts of mushroom
