Strawberry Cheeeeeeseeeee cake

Saw a cheesecake recipe on Singapore Women's Weekly, decided to try it out cos it seemed really simple. It was a mango cheesecake but I decided to substitute it with strawberry. So went to purchase the ingredients for the dessert.
The crust for the dessert is ready. Smells really nice cos we used apple biscuits.
