1st kiss - kissing on the lips was ok, until my then-boyfriend decided to stick his tongue into my mouth. That was the grossest thing that happened to me for my 15 years of existence! But of course, some things become better with age, just like wine. So smooch away~ 😘
1st day of school - I was probably the silliest-looking girl in school. I automatically assumed that the first girl who approached me was gonna be my bestest friend in my life (besides my cousins, who were the only other kids I knew)! Then when we started our first colouring assignment, she suggested to change her broken crayon for my new one. Being the request of my bestest friend in my life, I definitely had to obliged. Naturally, I had it coming from my mum that fateful night. She even went to kindergarten to demand my 'bestest friend' return me the crayon. Of course, she didn't turn out to be my bestest friend but we did went on to be good friends (but only in my primary school days).
1st time driving - I had my first try at the wheels before I got my license and even before my driving classes. Just a simple straight line in a multi-storey carpark nearly made me peed myself! My 'instructor' was probably enjoying the hilarious sight of this scaredy cat!
1st October 2013 - today marks the first day of a sales job for me. Of course, not counting the stupid outdoor MLM sales I did before, it's probably my first encounter with a real sales job! Surprisingly I wasn't too excited nor nervous. Usually I'll get these butterflies in the stomach, but I was feeling super normal and relaxed. I reckon it's a natural part of growing old. No nervous anticipation. In fact, I'm totally at ease which worries me actually. Will I turn out to be complacent and lazy? We'll find out soon...
