The art of tea brewing

Okay, let Ms Poh share with you the art of tea brewing. Something that the Japanese take years to learn & you're gonna master it within the next few minutes. Aren't you grateful?

Location: Tea Chapter
First of all, you will need some tools The apparatuses that were in the bamboo container
Step 1: Boil some water

In my instance whereby I'm having osmanthus tea, the water need not boil. Heat it to about 80ºC
The tea set
Step 2: Warm & cleanse the tea set by pouring the hot water over it
Discard all water after that
Step 3: Take out the tea leave with this bamboo scoop
Step 4: Put the tea leaves into the tea pot & pour hot water into it
Step 5: Wait for 30 seconds. Then pour the tea into the jug called the Fair Cup.
Remember the 2 different cups you saw earlier? There's a different use for each cup.
Step 6: Pour the tea from the Fair Cup into the taller cup called the Fragrance Cup.
Step 7: Pick up the Fragrance Cup with the bamboo tweezer & place it onto the saucer

Step 8: As the name suggests, smell & enjoy the aromatic scent of the tea with the Fragrance Cup.
Step 9: After enjoying the fragrance of the tea, pour it into the Drinking Cup.
Hmmm
请!

Note: As I'm having flora tea, it's okay to drink the first brew. If you're having regular tea, pour away the first brew at Step 5 instead of pouring it into the Fair Cup, as the first brew is used to warm & moisturise the tea leaves. ENJOY!!!
