Eat CLEAN and Drink WATER

After my binge-eating Taiwan trip, I've decided that I need to start afresh in 2019. And it didn't help that I'm at my heaviest now and my BMI has reached 22, just a tad more to being overweight! So I've started researching on what convenient ways to help this lazy person. I decided that meal plans could be a way to do it. Initially wanted to try out YOLO but I'm not sure if I can be consistent since I was such an impromptu person. In the end, settled for AMGD which allows you to purchase credit for their meals. Their meals are not the healthiest of the lot. Most of the other brands do not include carbs, but AMGD surprisingly included quite a bit of carbs in all their meals. I guess it's gonna be a lot easier to embark on this then. 

So since DarHub is going for rock climbing tonight, I shall start today with lunch and dinner! I've also decided that from today on, I'm gonna remind myself to drink lotsa water! So based on the fact that I wanna lose 10 kg, I need to ensure my meals do not go beyond 1200 calories and 2275 ml of water, non-flavoured!

So eating healthy is not exactly cheap. I bought 20 meals at $260. Because of some first-timer discount, each meal still cost me $12.50! Better savour everything and finish every morsel of the food! 

Delivery was set to my office and initially I thought I can still eat with my lunch khakis but in the end, it didn't came before their lunch time. My meals were delivered around 12.45pm and they were still warm, so I presumed it is really quite fresh.

I guess it looks quite similar to the picture on the website and the best part is it really taste quite good! I finished up almost everything, except the pasta, and even the pumpkin which I usually will avoid.


As I'm writing this, I've already drank 1500ml. So 1 more litre to go! Jia you!
